The Village - Services & Amenities

In Suffolk, Safer Neighbourhood Teams are made up of Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers, Specials and Police Support Volunteers. They work alongside staff from other organisations, including district and borough councils to provide an even better service to local people across the county.

The team has a remit to solve problems identified by local people from our area – which could range from crime and anti-social behaviour to noise and litter.

The Police and the Safer neighbourhood teams can be contacted on the central switchboard number - 01473 613500. Minicom users should dial 01473 611160.     Or click here.   www.suffolk.police.uk/saferneighbourhoods/myneighbourhood/sudbury/theteam.aspx

All calls will be answered as quickly as possible but, at times of peak demand, you may be placed in a queue.   Any emergency dial 999.

You should dial 999 when a life or lives are under threat, people are injured, if there is a crime in progress or an immediate police response is necessary.    It is better to be safe than sorry.     IF IN DOUBT DIAL 999
